I am extremely disappointed with  Arch Kitchen Cabinets. After investing a significant amount in my kitchen renovation two years ago, the company has failed to respond to my phone calls and formal correspondence regarding ongoing issues. Instead of taking accountability and addressing the concerns, I was asked to pay even more money to correct problems that should have been resolved properly in the first place. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. After such a major investment, I expected better support and workmanship.
